The Radboud Employee Panel is a collaboration between Radboud Services and the faculties, with the aim of better tailoring Radboud University services to the needs of employees. As a member of the employee panel, you will engage with colleagues from different faculties/divisions and organisational units on a variety of different topics.
How does it work?
As a member of the employee panel, you will receive an e-mail each month with different requests. You choose which surveys you want to participate in. These surveys can be in the form of an interview, focus group or survey. For each survey, you will receive a compensation, which may vary per survey. The compensation is indicated for each survey. In addition, the results of the survey are communicated back to you, so you know what has been done with your opinion. So, you really contribute to improving staff services for Radboud University!
