Mobile phone from work? Pick up your new Odido SIM card soon

From June, Odido will be the new mobile phone provider of Radboud University. Do you have a mobile phone managed by Radboud University? Then you will get a new (e)SIM card from Odido. Your current phone number will not change and you will remain reachable on the same number. Pick up your new (e)SIM card on 6, 11 or 12 June from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Odido information desk in the hall of the University Library.

On 6, 11 or 12 June, employees of Odido will be present in the hall of the University Library. As soon as you come to collect your SIM card(s) or have your e-sim scanned, they will inform you about the day your number will be transferred to Odido and explain the actions you can take to switch successfully. In addition, you will soon receive an SMS from Odido with more information about the switch to the new provider.

Please note: do not forget to bring your campus card when you collect your (e)sim card. Are you unable to collect your (e)sim during these three days? It is possible for a colleague to collect your (e)sim. If you do not collect your (e)sim card, you will not be reachable from the day your number is transferred to Odido (Wednesday 26 June or Thursday 27 June).

Number will be transferred on 26 or 27 June

Will you be abroad on 26 or 27 June? Please let the Odido employees know. Have you already collected your (e)SIM card and will you be abroad on 26 or 27 June? Please let us know via telefoonbeheer-ils [at] ru.nl. This will prevent you from being unreachable after 27 June.

Number retention

All existing mobile connections will be transferred to Odido. You will therefore continue to use your current phone number. If you use a five-digit speed dial number, it will remain the same after the transfer to Odido. Your mobile phone subscription will also remain the same as your current one.
