Home workspaces are available again
During the transition period, it was temporarily not possible to order home office furniture. You can now submit new requests via BASS again.
Ahrend stores returned home office furniture in its own warehouse, so that it can be dispatched immediately in response to new requests. This reduces logistics movements and benefits both efficiency and sustainability.
Circularity remains a top priority
The contract with Ahrend is based on the same circular terms and conditions as the one with Workbrands. The university’s target is to supply at least 90% circular furniture, a target that was already comfortably exceeded in 2025, with 98.3% of furniture being circular.

Order
The ordering process remains the same: you can order furniture for the campus using the form on website, and you can order home office equipment via BASS.
