Starting in October, the Constructive Dialogue training for all Radboud University employees will begin. This one-day training is part of the Prevent Care Cure project and contributes to strengthening a socially safe working environment.
Why this training
The Radboud University is working towards a culture in which it is natural to engage in conversation with each other. A workplace where everyone feels free to express themselves, where each other is listened to and where we can grow together. Especially in daily collaboration, mutual communication and feedback play a major role.
What you learn
The training offers practical insights and tools that you can apply immediately. Afterwards you will:
- Conduct conversations with more confidence, even in challenging situations
- Give, ask for and receive constructive feedback
- Be more aware of your own communication style and that of others
- Have practical tools for conducting open conversations
The training will focus on awareness and practicing recognizable situations.
When it is your turn
To ensure that all employees can participate, the training is offered in phases. This is done based on the first letter of your last name:
- A to F: October to December 2025
- G to K: January to March 2026
- L to R: April to June 2026
- S to Z: July to October 2026
Would you prefer to participate earlier, for example together with colleagues? That's possible: registration is open to everyone.
This training is not intended for managers, for them there will be another training later on in which this subject will also be discussed.
Participate: for yourself and your colleagues
By investing in these skills together, we are building a stronger, open dialogue culture. In this way, we ensure a safe working environment in which respectful communication and feedback are the norm.
