The collective labour agreement effective from 1 July 2026 stipulates, amongst other things, that all employees in service on 1 July 2026 will receive a one-off payment of €1,534 gross for full-time employment. This payment will be paid on a pro rata basis with the October salary.
As was the case last year, €350 net will be paid (pro-rata for part-time employment). You will not pay tax on this amount. Furthermore, this net amount will not be counted as income for the purposes of any allowances or benefits. The remainder will be paid gross.
