The course was offered as part of the 2025 Summer Program in European Union Law organized by the Kyiv Institute for European Integration (KIEI). The KIEI’s Summer Program in European Union Law is designed for Ukrainian government lawyers and policymakers, practicing lawyers and law students to increase their knowledge levels in key areas of European law and to educate current and future leaders of Ukraine about EU law’s ever-expanding scope and requirements, and to help bring Ukraine in line with the EU’s acquis communautaire as swiftly and effectively as possible. The program consists of 1-2 online lectures per week and covers the core areas of EU law, as well as certain specialized subjects of particular relevance to the Ukrainian economy. Upon completion, students receive a Certificate in EU Law.
Online course on EU financial & capital markets law for Ukraine
This summer several members of the Financial Law Centre of Radboud University had the privilege of conducting an online summer course on EU Financial & Capital Markets Law (Arnoud Pijls, Victor de Serière, Marije Louisse, Mirik van Rijn, Kitty Lieverse, Arthur van den Hurk and Danny Busch).
