This adjustment proved necessary because a number of workspaces in Berchmanianum and TvA1 cannot be relocated. Relocation is not feasible due to heavy or fixed equipment, location-specific ICT and telephony, or the risk of disruptions to the work process.
Customised workstations in the Maria Montessori building
This summer, the Maria Montessori building will be open to employees of Social Sciences and to employees from the Grotius, Erasmus and Elinor Ostrom buildings for whom customised workstations will be set up. The departments concerned have been informed about this.
Flexible workstations and meeting rooms in Berchmanianum
Is your building participating in the summer closure pilot and do you not need a customised workspace? Then make use of the flexible workspaces in Berchmanianum. The workspaces are equipped with a docking station and two screens – ideal for temporary and flexible working. Meeting rooms in Berchmanianum can be reserved via FACE.
Opening hours 14 July to 10 August
The Maria Montessori Building and Berchmanianum have adjusted opening hours during the summer period.
- Maria Montessori Building: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm
- Berchmanianum: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm
On Friday 18 July, all buildings on campus will be closed due to the arrival of the Four Days Marches. Opening hours for all buildings can be found here: buildings on campus.
