The new system requires a different way of working and we have included a number of improvements.
What will change with the arrival of Varbi?
- Even more in one system: with the new way of working, we work together as much as possible in one system. This ensures a more efficient way of working and more insight into the process.
- The Word format we use now is replaced by an online form in Varbi in which you can work together. Part of the required data will be transferred from BASS to Varbi, which means fewer fields to fill in.
- As a user, you get more control and communication possibilities in the system, so it is possible to email with candidates, plan interviews and see the responses via Varbi. It is also visible who has sent which mails. Invitations are now sent by vacancy holders or HR.
- Viewing candidates has become more user-friendly, e.g. because you can see the CV and motivation letter for each candidate in one screen. You can also easily switch between candidates.
We will inform vacancy holders and committee members about the new way of working when they have a vacancy.
Questions and feedback are of course very welcome. We will collect this in different ways. Think of walk-in consultations and the possibility to ask questions via the Teams channel. You will hear more about this later.
