Workshop Preparing for your annual meeting
During your annual meeting with your manager you evaluate your performance in the past year and look ahead to the coming year. You will receive feedback, give feedback yourself, discuss your development wishes and possibilities and make concrete agreements. In a practical short workshop called Preparing for your annual appraisal, you will consider both the content you want to discuss and the best way to do so.
