The Staff Survey is an important tool for Radboud University. It helps the university to gain insight into how you feel at work and how committed you are to your job. The results show what works well and where improvements are still needed. On the basis of these results, policies and measures will be adapted on a university-wide scale, as well as within your faculty or department. A high participation rate is important: it will ensure that the results provide an accurate picture of the department that you work in. Radboud University has chosen to work with an external partner, IVA Education, which will process the data completely confidentially and produce anonymised reports. Reports will only be created for departments where at least 10 staff members have participated. Results will not be able to be traced back to individual staff members and nobody at Radboud University will have access to individual responses. If you are interested in the results from the previous Staff Survey from 2024 and you would like to know which improvement measures have subsequently been implemented, please read the news item that was previously published on this topic.
Win a special team activity
If your team achieves the highest participation rate, you will have the chance to win a special team activity on campus with your team, such as a tour of the helicopter deck of Radboudumc or a tour of the Experience VR lab.
