In this way, we want to gain more insight into the experiences of departing employees at Radboud University and their reasons (s) for departure. By doing so, we want to learn from experiences and make working at Radboud University more attractive.
The information will be used to review and further develop various aspects of working at Radboud University when the data warrants it. Those various aspects related to working conditions and terms of employment, career and talent development, recognition and appreciation, vitality and health, social safety, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.
Employees leaving employment in the coming period will receive an invitation for the survey and an in-depth interview by mail. The pilot will run until April 2024. After that, the process and content results will be evaluated. The findings will be reported back to faculties and units non-reducibly and in outline form unless otherwise agreed upon with the employee.
