The next stage of our move to the Maria Montessori Building will focus on packing. The schedule for this stage is as follows:

The faculty is will move in weeks 29 and 30. A move is never convenient, but these two weeks are the most favourable time between the exam period, which will have just ended, the summer festivals (week 30) and the summer closure.
In week 29, between Monday 13 July and Friday 17 July, the Examinations Board, Radboud Reflects, the OZSW, NOSTER, TBI, IVOC, KASKI, the Laudato Si’ Institute, Awaz, F.C. Sophia, Splijtstof, the FSR, the assessor and all departments of Professional Services will move.
In week 30, Between Monday 20 and Thursday 23 July, the faculty’s eight academic departments will move to Maria Montessori.
If the moving company finish the scheduled moves earlier than planned in week 29, scheduled moves for week 30 can be brought forward and carried out from Wednesday 15 July.
You don’t need to move anything to the Maria Montessori Building yourself; moving company Convoi will take care of that.
1. Start packing. Please refer to the detailed packing instructions to see which seven steps you need to follow over the coming weeks. Make sure your belongings are packed by 3 July.
2. Adjust your own schedule to fit in with the move. The packing instructions explain what you need to bear in mind in the period leading up to and around the move.
