Update: using Ans for digital exams

This academic year, the university uses the Ans testing software exclusively. After last year’s pilot tests, the Education Service Point has been working on the further integration of this software in FSW. This is also true for our teachers (and students). The last conversion of testing materials from Cirrus to Ans has been completed in the meantime. Teachers no longer have access to Cirrus and Radboud University will stop using Cirrus entirely from January 2025 onwards.

Prepare for Exam Period 1

The preparations for the first exam period are underway. Teachers discuss with the Education Service Point how to best build their exam in Ans, or how the Education Service Point can do this for them. Together we learn more about the possibilities of this software every day.

It is recommended that students do the demo test in Ans. This will get them used to the interface and the possibilities of the software. There is also a demo test available for teachers, and there is a lot of information available online, including instruction videos.

Processing results? Visit us!

The results of a digital exam will be visible in Ans and/or adapted into a grade for Osiris. Are you a teacher or a course coordinator and does this spark questions or would you like to receive some support? You are free to visit the Education Service Point during any of their 5 planned walk-ins during the exam period. We will gladly help you out!
