We are delighted to announce that the 2024 IMAPP communication award winner is Patricia Ribes Metidieri from High Energy Physics for her talk on "Quantum Hideouts in the Early Universe". We also give an honourable mention to Cristobal Laporte (High Energy Physics) for his excellent exposition regarding his work on asymptotic safety.
This year's standard of talks for the award was extremely high and was an excellent showcase for the breadth and depth of research undertaken across the three IMAPP departments.
Patricia will present her work to the whole of IMAPP during the fall IMAPP afternoon in October 2024. We hope to see you all there.
