In the Personal And Career Development Programme for Postdocs and Starting Assistant Professors, you explore your motivations, values and skills and learn important new skills in the areas of collaboration, leadership, communication and time management. The interaction with your own practice is always central to this. At the end of the programme you know your strengths and you have a plan for the future with a number of concrete actions for the short and long term. Two groups will start this year.
