Defects in and around buildings

If you come across anything in a building or anything on the campus grounds that is not working properly or is broken, you can report it. The matter will then be attended to. Examples of such defects that may need to be fixed are: 

  • A door that does not close properly
  • A blocked toilet
  • A flashing light 

There is no additional cost involved. 

Your request will be dealt with within one workday. You will also receive confirmation of this by email.

Emergency

If the defect requires urgent attention, you can also call +31 24 363 33 33. Major defects may include a leak or flooding.
