Reserving teaching space

Teaching rooms are located all over campus and are normally reserved by the faculties' schedulers. If you want to book a room outside the regular teaching programme, you can do so via the buttons below.

Would you like access to the reservation system? Then send an authorisation request email to roosterhelpdesk [at] and your request will be processed.


For the rates, a distinction is made between rates for interns (using a cost centre number) and for externals (using a billing address). You always pay for the full capacity of the hall, regardless of the actual number of people. The hourly rates per room can be found in the room list (pdf) at the bottom of this page.

Cancellation period  

You can cancel a room reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the reserved date. The same cancellation term also applies to examinations in the Sporthallen and Comenius buildings.

  • Schedulers cancel reservations themselves in the scheduling system. 
  • You can cancel reservations you made via Room Booking by yourself.  
  • Did you not make the reservation via Room Booking? Then you should always submit a request for cancellation by e-mail: zaalreservering-cf [at] You will always receive confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail.

Reserving teaching space as a student association
