Increasingly, staff and students come to admire the view from the 20th floor of the Erasmus Building. The sky lounge and meeting rooms offer a magnificent view of the campus and Nijmegen.
Meeting rooms
There are two meeting rooms available for reservation. Both rooms are fully equipped and offer a pleasant environment for a meeting.
Room reservation includes unlimited coffee and tea, bottle of mineral water, biscuits from De Koekfabriek, an energy bar and fruit. Other catering must be requested separately.
Room capacity and rental rate:
- Room 20.27: 22 people, € 107,50 per hour
- Room 20.26: 12 persons, € 87,50 per hour
Reservations
Reservations for the meeting rooms are preferably made through FACE Self Service. If this is not possible, you can make reservations through the Service Centre (reserveringsbureau-cf [at] ru.nl (reserveringsbureau-cf[at]ru[dot]nl)).
Skylounge
The sky lounge is situated in a corner of the building. There are comfortable armchairs and sofas and a pantry. The sky lounge is a public space during the day but from 5pm-7pm, the sky lounge may be reserved for, for example, receptions and farewell meetings. Availability is always coordinated with meetings taking place at that time.
