Ordering promotional products

Radboud University has various merchandise or business gifts, for example to give away as a gift or as part of a promotion. Think of the well-known red hoodie, black skyline sweatshirt, sports socks, water bottle, red mug et cetera. You can buy/view this merchandise in various ways: 

  • BASS (Oracle iProcurement): for employees with ordering rights. You can place an order through the 'Dressme' shop. This is slightly cheaper than ordering through the other channels and you will receive a purchase invoice.
  • Webshop: online shop with all available Radboud University merchandise.
  • Sports desk Gymnasion: here you can see and try on clothes right away.
  • Post & Print: mainly for small gifts, such as a mug or notebook.

Own design and price agreements

You can make separate price agreements for large orders. You can also design merchandise yourself, provided the design complies with the house style. Contact the Radboud Store for both: radboudstore [at] dressme.nl (radboudstore[at]dressme[dot]nl).

Sustainability

To contribute to Radboud University's sustainability objective, all merchandise is produced and transported as sustainably as possible. Also, no profit is made on the merchandise. So if a product is relatively ‘expensive’, this is the result of a sustainable choice.

You can use the Brand Portal to create your own designs in accordance with the university’s house style. House style elements such as colour, font and logo location are pre-defined, but you can insert your own text and images within these formats.
