Catering for study associations

Would you like to order catering for a study association activity on campus? You can easily arrange this via FACE Self Service, the university's online ordering system.

Order status

Once you have placed your order, it will be reviewed within one to three days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been accepted; you will be able to see that your order has been accepted in the self-service system when the status of your request has been updated to ‘In preparation’.

Alcohol

Alcohol is only served by the Food & Beverage Department from 3:30 p.m. onwards and therefore cannot be ordered earlier for catering. Only at academic ceremonies can an exception to this be made, and only in consultation with the Service Centre (servicecentre-cf [at] ru.nl).
