You can share your calendar, your contacts or a mailbox folder with one or more colleagues. Use the manual:
By default, colleagues who use the Outlook calendar only see when you are available (busy/free). They can use this information to invite you to an appointment, for example.
If, exceptionally, you want to give someone extra rights, add that person by adding their name. Select that name and choose a desired role under ‘Access level’. In the same screen, you can then see at ‘Authorisation level’ what someone in this role can do.
Privacy
- When sharing your calendar, be mindful of your own privacy and that of others:
- Do not share your data with everyone.
- Never include confidential or personal information in your calendar.
- Choose default settings so that someone can only see if you are available.
