A flexible workplace telephone has a default telephone number starting with 3xxxx. You can only use it to call the internal alarm number 55555 or 0- 112. Follow the steps to log in and use your own number.
Logging in with your own number
- Select: Hotdesk;
- Select: log in;
- Enter your own device phone number xxxxx;
- Select: OK;
- Enter your PIN or press OK if you do not have a PIN yet;
- Select: OK (the default PIN is 0000, see Changing PIN);
- Select: OK.
You are now logged in with your own device phone number xxxxx. The display shows your own settings. The icon of a person in the left-hand top corner indicates you are logged in.
Logging out
To log out select: loguit (log out) twice.
Changing the Hotdesk PIN
It is important to change your PIN. This prevents other people from using your phone number.
- Log in to a Hotdesk phone;
- Press the blue button and then the Supertoets (Superkey);
- Select “No” a few times, until you get to “Pin Gebruiker inst.?” (Set PIN user?);
- Select: Pin gebr. (PIN user);
- Enter your old PIN or press OK if you do not have a PIN yet;
- Select: invoeren (enter)
Your pin can only contain the numbers 0 to 9 and can be 0 to 8 characters long; - Choose your new pin xxxxx, and then select “invoeren” (enter);
- Controle (check): Choose your new pin xxxxx, and then select “invoeren” (enter);
- Pick up the receiver and put it back down. Your PIN is now changed.
