From 1 June, it will be mandatory to use DGI Travel for booking flights in connection with business trips abroad. From this date onwards, you may book and claim other travel and accommodation components, such as train tickets, hotels, conference registration, local transport, taxis, hire cars or boats, directly yourself in accordance with the applicable rules. This is a temporary measure until the evaluation is completed after September. If you still wish to use a travel agent or travel agency, you must use DGI; the use of any other travel agent or travel agency is not permitted. For international business trips, it remains mandatory to submit and have a travel request approved in BASS before booking. This webpage will be updated as soon as possible in line with these amended conditions.
