Annual review

Once every 12 months, you will have an annual review with your supervisor in which you look back and look ahead. During this meeting, you will take the time to reflect on the past period and discuss your well-being, performance and development. Together, you will ensure that the meeting is open and honest. The annual review provides an opportunity to discuss how your talents, needs and development come together to ensure that you continue to enjoy your work.

You conduct and record the meeting using the digital annual review form in BASS.

How to prepare

You may take the initiative to schedule an annual review. Choose the right time for your meeting so that it aligns well with your work and development.

Difference with an assessment interview 

At Radboud University, we conduct annual reviews as standard. An assessment interview only takes place if there is reason to do so. An annual review and an assessment interview are therefore not the same thing. Visit the webpage about the assessment interview to find out more.
