Radboud University has a contract with health insurer VGZ.
You can take out a collective health insurance with VGZ. If you join VGZ you get:
- Discount on supplementary insurances
- Extra generous reimbursements for physiotherapy, dental care, and orthodontics
- Up to €700 for a personal health budget to work on your health
- Mental fitness advice: personal advice from a coach
- Discount on exercise and healthcare products (in Dutch), for example on Tunturi fitness equipment
- Access to the VGZ app
Your family can also enjoy these benefits as co-insured.

Registration
- If you want to switch to VGZ’s collective health insurance, check the collective health insurance website.
- If you have collective health insurance and want to register with Mijn VGZ, please use Radboud University’s collectivity number: 2121500.
Pension
If you retire, you can continue to use VGZ’s collective health insurance; the collectivity number of Radboud University retired persons is 2121501. If you wish to continue using this, please notify VGZ at: https://www.vgz.nl/service-en-contact/wijzigen/collectiviteit-wijzigen (in Dutch)
