International Collaboration Funds

Radboud University has been having strategic partnership agreements with two universities: the University of Western Ontario in Canada and the University of Glasgow in Scotland.

The collaborative funds are available for: 

  • Research projects (joint multidisciplinary, cutting-edge)
  • Learning & Teaching projects (innovative teaching practices and initiatives such as dual degrees, jointly taught (virtual) modules etc.)
  • Short-term staff mobility (professional development; exchange of knowledge and experience (e.g. work shadowing); delivering guest lectures; or developing a new collaboration initiative; preparing an external grant funding proposal)

Radboud-Western Collaboration Fund

Radboud University has been collaborating with University of Western Ontario (Western University, London, Canada) for many years. To further boost educational and research collaboration the Radboud-Western Collaboration Fund was established in 2021

Radboud-Glasgow Collaboration Fund

Radboud University signed a strategic partnership agreement with the University of Glasgow in June 2018. This Memorandum of Understanding commits the two research-intensive universities to invest jointly in extending our world-class research and enhancing our student experience.
