Budget
The maximum budget for each Research and Learning & Teaching project is £20,000. Each successful project will be awarded funding for one year, with the possibility to apply for a second year of funding.
For each individual short term staff mobility proposal there is a maximum budget of £1,000.
Application and deadline
At the moment, it is not possible to apply for Research and Learning & Teaching proposals. This will be possible again starting 12 January 2026 until 5 March 2026. Applications for short term individual mobility can be submitted any time throughout the year. Take a look at the guidelines and application forms below.

Joint project proposals will be assessed by a selection committee consisting of representatives from both universities.
