Science Park is the place for collaboration, innovation and impact. Science Park provides business space for knowledge-intensive companies with close ties to knowledge institutions on the Radboud University and Radboudumc campuses, for example in the field of research. These can be start-ups, but also growers and larger companies.

Do you have a starting knowledge-intensive company with close ties to one of the knowledge institutions Radboud University, Radboud university medical centre or Hogeschool Arnhem-Nijmegen? Then you can rent business space at Science Park.

Spaces and facilities at Science Park

In the Mercator II and III buildings at Science Park, you can rent space of various types and sizes. In the coming years, new business space - both offices and laboratories - will become available at Science Park for knowledge-intensive companies.
If you rent business space at Science Park, you can use facilities such as in-house emergency response (BHV), reception, mail, cleaning and meeting facilities.

Favorable for starters

Science Park has favorable conditions for starting entrepreneurs, such as flexible leases and an attractive price level. Moreover, starting entrepreneurs in the Science Park can make use of coaching and advice from The Launch.
