Request or change campus card

The campus card is a pass for employees. It is multifunctional and can be used as an access card, parking card, library card, sports card, identification and/or print card.

A prerequisite for being able to apply for your campus card is that you have already received your staff number and that your account has been activated. This is normally on your first working day at Radboud University and only then can you apply for your campus card.

  1. Below are the steps of the application process.

    1. Apply for your campus card
      Fill out the form to apply for your campus card. Please note your name, personnel- and telephone number. Add your photo, preferably as a .jpg file. Because the campus card can be used as proof of identity on campus, you need to send a good looking photo.
    2. Confirmation of receipt
      Salary Administration will send you a confirmation of receipt.
    3. Campus card is created
      Salary Administration creates the campus card.
    4. Campus card can be picked up 
      Salary Administration will send you an email detailing where and when you can pick up your campus card. You must pick it up in person and bring a valid ID. Please note your campus card may not be mailed to you. Please request the pass only when you are in a position to pick it up yourself on campus.

I have no digital photo

If you do not have a digital photo please send an email to sa [at] dpo.ru.nl (sa[at]dpo[dot]ru[dot]nl) stating this along with your name and your employee and phone number. Salary Administration will then contact you.

Damaged, lost or stolen campus card

If your campus card is damaged, or it has been lost or stolen, you will need to request a new one using the form above. Your new campus card is free of charge. 

Blocking your campus card

If you have lost your campus card or it has been stolen, you have to block your campus card by sending an email to sa [at] dpo.ru.nl (sa[at]dpo[dot]ru[dot]nl). Once you have blocked your campus card, it will be deactivated from the following workday onwards. If you want to block your pass immediately, for example for access reasons, you can notify the university security service on +31 24 361 90 00.

Uploading a new photo

If you want, you can upload a new photo. If you do not upload a new photo, the photo from your old employee card will be used. Please note that the card you upload a photo for must be a replacement for your current pass that is damaged, lost or stolen. You cannot simply request a new campus card if you only want to replace your photo.
