Gifts for anniversaries and personal celebrations

When a staff member of Radboud Services celebrates an anniversary, changes job or retires, their supervisor of Radboud Services may buy a gift and arrange a dinner or reception. Take a look at the table to find out how much may be spent for each type of anniversary.

Years of service anniversary

When a staff member celebrates a certain number of years of service, there are funds that can be used to buy a gift. In addition to this, there is also scope to arrange and pay for a dinner with colleagues and a reception. Find out how much may be spent on an anniversary.

25-year anniversary

  • Gift/flowers: maximum of €100.00
  • Dinner with colleagues: maximum of €600.00

40-year anniversary

  • Gift/flowers: maximum of €150.00
  • Dinner with colleagues: maximum of €750.00

In addition to a gift and dinner, there is scope to pay for a reception (max. of 75 people) or to pay for coffee and cake for the entire department. For this purpose, take a look at the Food & Beverage Rates. Note that this only possible once at 25-year anniversary of service or 40-year anniversary.
