Return home office furniture
When an employee leaves the company or no longer wishes to use the home office furniture, Radboud University recovers the home office for reusing it. The furniture is collected by Workbrands for reuse on campus. After receiving a return request, Workbrands will schedule the collection as soon as possible. Drivers' routes are planned to be as cost-efficient and sustainable as possible. The period between the request and the collection is a maximum of six weeks.
At present, no compensation is provided to the unit concerned upon return. When an employee changes departments, costs previously incurred for the home workplace are not automatically transferred to the new department.
