Return home office furniture

When an employee leaves service, or no longer wishes to use their home office furniture, Radboud University takes back the furniture for reuse. For now, there are no reimbursements towards the unit on return, but the furniture is collected by team Furnishing and deployed on campus. If the employee changes departments, previously incurred costs are not automatically transferred.

As a supervisor, you report the return by filling in this form:

After receiving the request, the employee will be contacted for a pick-up appointment. To carry out the transports efficiently and as sustainably as possible, a collection round is made once a month. Therefore, please provide the desired date as soon as possible so that the pickup time can be scheduled efficiently.
