Return home office furniture
When an employee leaves the company or no longer wishes to use the home office furniture, Radboud University recovers the home office for reuse. The furniture will be collected by Workbrands for reuse on campus.
Procedure and costs
A purchase order for Workbrands must be created for collection, under the relevant cost centre. The costs are €45 excluding VAT for the collection of a single desk or chair, and €55 excluding VAT for the collection of both a desk and a chair.

After receiving a return request and the corresponding purchase order, Workbrands will schedule the collection as soon as possible. The drivers' routes are planned to be as cost-efficient and sustainable as possible. The period between the request and the collection is a maximum of six weeks.
No compensation will be provided to the unit concerned upon return. When an employee changes departments, costs previously incurred for the home workplace will not automatically be transferred to the new department.
