Functions/Activities
Recourse to this framework agreement is possible for the hiring of flexible labour for UFO profiles scale 1 to 9. The following functions/activities fall within this scope:
- Human Resources;
- Finance;
- Communication;
- Administrative activities;
- Secretarial activities;
- Logistics operations;
- Student support;
- Education and research support;
- Catering;
- Cleaning.
Invigilators are excluded. Payrolling is not included in the tender.
To deploy students in student side jobs, you can continue to use Campus Detachering, Radboud University's internal payroll company.
Application process
Want to hire a temporary employee for one of the above work areas? Then approach the HR adviser of your division or faculty. This is because the HR advisers are responsible for the application process. Depending on your request, they can weigh up Campus Detachment and Driessen. The HR adviser will take care of further administrative processing.
Hours
Voor het proces betreffende het goed- en/of afkeuren van uren ben jij als afdelingshoofd/teamleider verantwoordelijk. Controleer altijd op maandag de uren en keur (indien nodig) de uren die niet goed zijn af. Overigens kan tot 4 weken na de verwerking van de declaratie een wijziging worden doorgevoerd. De HR-adviseur heeft inzicht in de afspraken en kosten, door middel van rapportages in het systeem van Driessen. De CAO die van toepassing is, is de ABU-CAO.
