Student housing options offered by Radboud University
Student complexes (SSH&)
Rooms owned by the SSH& (Student Housing Organization) and offered by Radboud University are in the five student complexes you can see in the photos below. The prices include energy, water, and internet (no Wi-Fi, but via cable). You can also opt for a bed linen and/or kitchen utensils package for an extra charge.
SSH& offers mixed housing, which means you share the hallway with male and female international Bachelor's, Master's, and exchange students. There are only a few women-only corridors available.

Student houses
Radboud University also cooperates with real estate agencies. These real estate agencies offer student rooms and apartments in several student houses. All these student houses are in Nijmegen or the surrounding area.
If you get a room in one of the student houses, you will in most cases have your own furnished room and share kitchen and bathroom facilities with other students. Sometimes rooms have their own kitchen. Additionally, student houses have some rooms for couples (in limited numbers).
Rent per month:
- €355 - €650 for a room depending on the size and the availability of a private kitchen.
- €650 - €1100 for studios and apartments with their own facilities.
Here are the locations of some student houses: St. Canisiussingel, Dobbelmanweg, Palmstraat/Braamhof, Glashuis and Jan de Wittstraat.
Rooms sublet by students going abroad
In the first semester, Radboud University also mediates in rooms offered by students going abroad on exchange. This can be a room in a student complex or a student house. If this type of accommodation is available for you, Radboud University will assign you a room and bring you into contact with the student subletting the room. You will have to make all the arrangements (arrival, rent payment, key exchange etc.) with the student yourself.
Rent per month: €350 - €650.
