- Make sure you know your student number and password by heart. It is not possible to use your phone or laptop during an assessment. You will therefore not have access to saved passwords or password managers.
- Please check this well before you have to take an assessment. For example, see if you can log in to Cirrus by typing in your username and password without using your saved passwords.
- Did you find out during the check that you don't know your password anymore? Then don't wait until the assessment to reset it, but contact the ICT Helpdesk immediately via 024-3622222.
- You will receive a link from the ICT Helpdesk to reset your password. This link will be sent to your private email address. Make sure it's configured properly via Studielink.
Still forgot your password?
If you do not know your password at the start of an assessment, you will be asked to leave the hall. You can then try to contact the ICT Helpdesk outside the room to reset your password. Any time lost as a result will not be compensated. If you do not know your password and are unable to reset it, you will not be able to take part in the assessment.
