Joining a participational body offers you the opportunity reflect on and discuss important issues. There are several bodies you can join as a student. Make your voice heard and contribute to the future of Radboud University.
What does student participation entail?
Student participation ensures that the voice of our students is represented throughout the university. This gives you, as a student, an indirect say in decisions made at our university. You can also apply as a candidate and become a participation member. This allows you to directly influence and contribute your ideas to the future of Radboud University.

What does a programme committee do?
Radboud University's programme committees (OLCs) play an important role in the quality assurance of education. In the OLC, you deal with two questions during the co-degree year:
- Are we doing the right things in education?
- Are we doing those things right?
As a member of the programme committee of your programme, you are responsible for contributing to this concern for education quality. Of course, you will not do this alone. Together with other student and teacher members, you commit to the study programme and systematically think about possible improvements within the study programme. You do this based on your own perspective and experiences, and based on the experiences of fellow students obtained from educational evaluations and other input. There is also room to discuss more fundamental aspects of good teaching. You can think about changing forms of work or tests, subjects that may or may not be missing from the curriculum, (social) safety in the group, the use of digital tools, etc.
