Facilities and bespoke services at the University Library during the summer closure

Want to study over the summer? You can do so on campus, but please bear in mind that a number of buildings will be closed during weeks 30 to 32. Read on to find out what facilities will be available during this period and what you need to do if you require special arrangements.

Where can you go?

As a student, you can visit the University Library (UB) to make use of facilities such as study spaces, a quiet reading room, computers, second-screen workstations and group study areas. From 11 July to 16 August – a period that falls within the summer closure – the University Library is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Coffee Corner on the first floor will be open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm during this period.
