The department of Student Affairs is currently improving policies regarding studying with a disability. We are looking for students who want to give input on support needs during a focus group.
The focus group will take place on Thursday 22 June between 11:30 and 13:30. Lunch will be provided.
Studying with a disability
Radboud University offers students with a disability tailored support. A disability could be dyslexia, a (chronic) illness, AD(H)D, depression or other mental health issues or an autism spectrum disorder.
The support that is currently available includes:
- Additional provisions during examinations, such as extra time;
- Housing assistance for disabled students;
- Financial compensation for study delay;
- The option of adapted studying;
- The option of studying with a buddy;
- Career coaching.
