Go into your final exam period well prepared

For most students, the final exam period begins on 10 June. Check out the information on this page to prepare yourself well for your final exams and deadlines.

Timetable changes

Changes to your timetable may take place in the coming weeks. Keep a close eye on your personal timetable and Brightspace, as timetable and location changes can take place shortly beforehand.

For example, check your timetable the morning of your assessment. This will prevent you from arriving at the wrong assessment location.

Longer opening hours

A number of buildings are open longer during the exam period. For example, from 3 June to 4 July, the University Library will be open one hour longer from Monday to Thursday (08.30-23.00) and you can also study in the Elinor Ostrom Building and Maria Montessori Building on weekends.

Checklists

To go to your assessment well prepared, there are some important things to pay attention to. For example, for a digital assessment, it is important that you know your student number and password by heart, otherwise you will not be able to take part in the test. It is no longer possible to receive a temporary password. We have listed the most important things to watch out for.

House rules

The same house rules apply to all students while taking assessments. As a student, you are solely responsible for being aware of the current house rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in you being denied access to the examination room.
