Renovation work on the Study Centre

From 1 June to 1 September 2026, renovation work will take place in parts of the Study Centre. The work is part of the Study Centre’s refurbishment. Between June and September, the Moulin A and Moulin B rooms will be converted into the Orthopaedic Research Laboratory (ORL). These rooms and the adjacent rooms will then be closed to all users.

From 2023 to 2028, the buildings that together form the Study Centre will be renovated. The Study Centre houses teaching facilities, administrative offices and the Museum of Anatomy and Pathology. This renovation will bring the buildings back into line with contemporary requirements, including those set by the curriculum. The renovation focuses on creating a pleasant environment for students where they can study and meet.

Disruption
During the works, you may experience temporary disruption or noise nuisance. Generally, some construction noise, such as drilling or sawing, may be heard whilst the works are in progress. We are doing our best to minimise disruption as much as possible and to carry out the works as efficiently as possible.

On the floor plan below, you can see where the works are taking place and which areas will be closed to all users from June to September.
