Campus map and room codes

Here you will find a campus map (pdf) showing all buildings and car parks, including accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. With the help of the explanations of the building abbreviations and room codes, you can quickly determine exactly where you need to be.

Or check out the locations of the Medical Faculty.

Finding your way around campus

All buildings and rooms on campus are designated in a fixed, recognisable manner. A complete room code consists of several parts that together indicate exactly which building you need to be in and which room you are looking for.

  1. Building designation (letters)
The code always starts with one or more capital letters. These letters represent the name of the building.
Example: BM = Berchmanianum EOS = Elinor Ostrom Building
  2. (Optional) building number
Some building codes then contain one or more digits that indicate the building number. This part only appears when it is relevant to the location.
  3. Floor or building section (1–2 characters)
    - The next part of the code indicates which floor or section of the building you need to go to.
    - These are often numbers for floors (0 = ground floor, 1 = first floor, etc.).
Sometimes letters are used to indicate different wings, sections or parts of a building.
  4. Room number (last digits)
The code always ends with one or more digits indicating the specific number of the room. This is the unique room number within that part of the building.
