When should you attend the consultation hours? For relatively simple and quick questions, you can visit the telephone and walk-in consultation hours. You may also ask questions about web lectures during these sessions. There is no need to make an appointment. The telephone consultation hours take place every working day between 9.30 and 10.30 hours. You can call the telephone number listed in the table. Walk-in consultations take place daily between 12.15 and 13.15 pm.. For that, you can take a seat on the bench in front of the STIP Rechten entrance in the Grotius Building (GR.00.022).
Master thesis consultation: In addition to the regular consultation hours, there is a telephone consultation hour specifically for master’s thesis students on Mondays from 10.30 to 11.30 am.
Master International and European Law: On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the walk-in consultation hours for students with questions for the International Office are from 12.15 to 1.15 pm.
When to make an appointment? To discuss your study planning, examination arrangements, issues of a personal nature or other matters that take a little more time, you can make an appointment for a 15- or 30-minute interview using the form at the bottom of the page. This can be done by phone or physically in the Grotius building and with a student advisor of your choice.
Specialisations of student advisors: although each student advisor has his or her own specialisation, you can contact most of them. Only Petra Bouman and Emil van Noordenburg deal exclusively with their own specialisation.

Would you like to request an extra examination opportunity? This can be done directly with the Examination Board via the online form. In most cases, you do not need to contact the study advisor. Check the information on the page of the Examination Board.
