Payment app KUARIO

Students need print balance to be able to print, copy and scan. KUARIO is the payment app for the printers at Radboud University and is linked to the printing environment.

Install KUARIO

  1. Install the KUARIO app or go to (Please note: you can only access this page if you’re connected to the ‘Eduroam’ wifi network or VPN).
  2. Activate a KUARIO account with your email address and log in details you have received via email. If you have not received or saved the email, then select “Forgot password” in the KUARIO app.
  3. Activate your account and connect it to the Radboud printserver by clicking on the envelop with a “1” in the upper right corner and follow the instructions.
  4. Top up your account balance.


Printing and copying costs are shown below. Scanning on the multifunctionals is free.

Reimbursement of balance

You can check your balance in the KUARIO app or in the My Péage web portal. Any remaining balance after graduation can be reimbursed.

At Radboud University, you can have your KUARIO credits refunded in various ways:

  1. At the Post and Print information desk, you can have your remaining Péage balance transferred to your KUARIO account. By using your card for a return transaction, the credits can be transferred back into your bank account.
  2. Or fill out the Reimbursement of Péage balance form. After sending the form, it will take approximately 2 weeks until the amount is transferred to your account.

If you think that your account balance has been incorrectly deducted, please visit the Konica Minolta servicepoint in the University Library.
