Make an appointment to collect your diploma

Collecting your diploma yourself

Did you choose to receive your diploma at the Central Student Desk? You can make an appointment to collect your diploma after the official graduation ceremony has taken place. The Board of Examiners will sign your diploma at the graduation ceremony, therefore it is not possible to collect your diploma earlier than the official ceremony. You will receive an email from Diploma Services as soon as it is possible to come and collect your diploma at the Central Student Desk. After you have received that email, you can make an appointment on this webpage. Note: if you haven’t received the email, your diploma isn’t ready yet.

Did you choose to attend your official graduation ceremony, but were you unable to be present for unexpected reasons? Then it’s also possible to pick it up at the Central Student Desk for which you can make your appointment here. Note: you can only receive your diploma after the official graduation has taken place.
