Withdrawing before the end of the academic year

If you wish to stop studying, you can withdraw from your study programme before the end of the academic year. This has several implications. This means that you will no longer have to pay tuition fees, but also that you will no longer be entitled to a student loan or a public transport pass. You will need to withdraw from your study programme via Studielink. For this purpose, you will need to select the ‘Withdraw’ option.

Bachelor’s and Master’s students are free to decide when they wish to withdraw from their study programme. If you are taking a pre-Master’s programme, you will only be able to withdraw from the programme from 1 March onwards.
