We are very pleased that you are interested in becoming a mentor for Nijmegen School of Management during the Radboud Intro of 2026! To register as a mentor, please follow these steps:
1. You must read the following points of interest.
2. You must read the declaration of intent 2026. By filling out the registration form, you agree to the declaration of intent 2026.
3. Carefully fill in the registration form below for the entire group of minimum three and maximum four mentors.
Expected presence
All mentors are required to be present for the duration of the Intro (Sunday 16 August through Saturday 22 August). Each mentor will receive a € 50,- compensation for this period. All mentors are also expected to attend the following meetings:
- Thursday 4 June, 12.15-12.45: Mentor information session
During this meeting, which is mandatory for all mentors, we will discuss the programme and essential matters relating to the Intro. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
- Wednesday 12 August or Thursday 13 August (all day): Mentor preparation session
If you are a mentor during the Intro of 2026, it is mandatory to participate in the mentor instruction session organised by the central organisation team. This session will take place on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 August. You can let us know which day you prefer. If you have been accepted as a mentor, you will receive more information later this year.
You can register as a mentor until Tuesday, 2 June, 12:00 AM. After this date, an ECTS check will take place and we will assess the registrations based on motivation. The orientation committee will select 50% of the mentor groups and the other 50% will be chosen by the SVM (Samenwerkende Verenigingen Managementwetenschappen).
