As a recognized organization, you can reserve spaces on campus via Room Reservation.
All guidelines are outlined in the Student regulation on use of teaching spaces. Send an email with your request:
- for rooms in the Huygens building to zaalreservering [at] science.ru.nl (zaalreservering[at]science[dot]ru[dot]nl)
- for other rooms to zaalreservering-cf [at] ru.nl (zaalreservering-cf[at]ru[dot]nl)
- You can also reserve Theater Hall C via the application form.
The Ondergang
SLIM manages a number of office spaces, meeting rooms and storage spaces in the Elinor Ostrom Building (de Ondergang). Currently, there are around 20 recognised studentorganisations that share these facilities. They sign a user agreement for this purpose.As a recognized student association, you may be eligible for an office space on campus. You are eligible for a space if:
your student organisation is accredited;
- your student organisation receives financial support (at least 5 months);
- there is a clear need and necessity for a (permanent) space.
- there is space available
There are currently no more spaces available in the Ondergang. The offices have been reallocated in May 2025. If you have any questions about storage or office space, please contact slim [at] ru.nl (slim[at]ru[dot]nl).
