Are you about to graduate? Here you'll find all information on graduating and obtaining your diploma.

Graduation

Once you have obtained enough course credits, you will be able to graduate. Apply for your diploma and deregister from your study programme.

Applying for your pre-master certificate

You can apply for your pre-master certificate if you have completed all its courses with a pass and this has also been registered in Osiris. The pre-master gives access to the master of the programme of which you have taken the pre-master.

Graduation Ceremonies

There are different dates on which you may attend a graduation ceremony; these are determined by your faculty and your study programme.

Applying for your diploma

You will be allowed to graduate when you have earned enough study credits. Apply for your diploma and deregister.

Sustainability Testimony for Bachelor’s diplomas

Did you explore sustainability issues during your studies? To prove it, you can have a Sustainability Testimony added to your Bachelor’s diploma.

Lost or damaged your diploma?

You have lost your diploma and would like to request a replacement. Find out how.

Not present at graduation

Can't attend a graduation ceremony? Please email diplomaservices [at] ru.nl to cancel. A master's ceremony may be mandatory. Therefore, please also email the study coordinator if you cannot attend that ceremony.

Certifying your qualification for advanced education

A certified copy of your Radboud qualification can be mandatory for applying for advanced education. This can be arrange via the central student administraion.

Requesting a list of grades

You can request a certified copy of your list of grades. This can be done through the Student Information Desk or via the form that is available from most faculties.

Obtaining occupational registrations for Psychology

You can obtain ECTS-credits for various occupational registrations during the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes for Psychology.
