If you cannot attend a graduation ceremony, please email diplomaservices [at] ru.nl (diplomaservices[at]ru[dot]nl) to cancel. You will receive an email after the official ceremony with information on how to pick up your degree at the Central Student Desk.
Permission to send diploma
In principle, diplomas are not sent by mail because they can get lost. If you still want to receive your diploma by mail, you must get permission from your faculty.
