Campus card for students

All students that are registered at Radboud University have a campus card. You can use your campus card when you want to: 

  • Reserve a study workplace;
  • Make use of the campus printers for printing, copying and scanning documents;
  • Make use of the facilities at the Radboud Sports Centre. You will need to take out a Sports Centre membership for this purpose;
  • Borrow reading materials from the university’s libraries;
  • Make use of the parking spaces at Radboud University. You will need to have a parking season ticket in order to use the university parking spaces.

 

Applying for your Campus Card

You will be issued with a campus card at the beginning of your studies. Your campus card will remain valid throughout the duration of your entire study programme. You will receive your card as soon as you have registered and uploaded your passport photo. You can read an instruction on uploading your photo at the bottom of this page.

Lost, stolen or damaged student card

If you have lost your student card, you can apply for a new one at the Central Student Desk. A new card costs €25.00. Payment by debit card is possible at the Central Student Desk.

If your student card is damaged or it has been stolen, it will be replaced free of charge. If your card has been stolen, you will need to be able to provide proof that you have reported the theft to the police. Damaged cards can be handed in at the Central Student Desk.

Benefits with your campus card

Your campus card also offers you benefits beyond Radboud University. Your card can be used to obtain discounts at a large number of restaurants, night spots, shops and museums.  These discounts are not limited to Nijmegen, but are also available in many other cities in the Netherlands.
