The student counsellor can help you for free with questions or problems relating to personal circumstances that might lead to study delays, or with financial support or adapted studying.
When should you consult the student counsellor?
You should contact a student counsellor if you, for example:
- need to make adjustments to your studies because of a disability;
- are having financial problems;
- have incurred a delay in your studies;
- have a question about rules and regulations, such as student finance;
- wish to take part in adapted studying;
- are combining your studies with being a top athlete or top talent in arts and culture.
Applying for provisions
If you want to submit an application for provisions related to your education or exams, start by submitting an application in OSIRIS.
Good to know
- After you submit your application, it will be assessed to determine whether an appointment is needed.
- In some cases, your application will be handled digitally.
- If an appointment is required, you will automatically receive a prompt to schedule an appointment.
