Legacies to Titus Brandsma Institute
‘What do I actually want to put into my will?’
It is a question that cannot be dismissed once it becomes relevant. When that is, is different for each person. When the question is relevant to you, we do not know. We do know that we would love to help you find and formulate an answer. Is a particular subject close to your heart? Are you interested in a specific topic within the study of spirituality and mysticism?
You can support the Titus Brandsma Institute by including the institute in your will. For example, with a bequest or a named fund.
No inheritance taxes
Because the Radboud Fund is registered as an ANBI, you do not have to pay inheritance tax. Whatever form of bequest you choose, 100 per cent of your contribution will benefit your chosen cause.

How do I include the Titus Brandsma Institute in my will?
Via a bequest
You can choose to name Titus Brandsma Institute as a legatee. You will then leave a clearly defined gift (bequest). This can be a fixed amount of money, but also real estate (e.g. a house).
A named fund
Leaving a named fund is also one of the possibilities. A named Fund offers you the opportunity to spend your contribution within our objectives in a very targeted way. If you wish, the Fund in Name can bear your own (family or company) name, so that it can be traced from whose assets the donation originates. Setting up a named Fund is possible from a deposit of EUR 50,000. The agreements we make about the purpose of expenditure, the name, the duration and the way in which the capital is released for expenditure are laid down in an agreement.

It is a subject you do not have to deal with every day, which is why we like to think along with you. That is why we are happy to discuss with you exactly what your wishes are and what possibilities we can offer.
